Table tennis is officially recognised as one of the best activities for exercising both body and brain in older people. All equipment is provided, although most people prefer to use their own bats. Coaching can be provided on request and we have 3 tables to play on. Members have various levels of skill from beginners to quite experienced. There is also a social side to the group with tea or coffee and biscuits available and the opportunity to have a chat between games. Please contact the group leader if you wish to join us.
Each session cost £2. per person. We ask that payment be made in the form of £10.00 payment in advance but will accept payment or a single session from someone who may just want to try it. Please note that payment for a missed session is not lost but carried over.
